Amina – The Girl Who Became a Doctor

Amina lost her father at the age of three, growing up in poverty and deprivation.

Since 2013, she has been enrolled in Human Appeal’s sponsorship program.

Through sponsorship, her family was able to meet basic needs and keep her in school.

Thanks to this support, Amina excelled academically, completed her school education with distinction, memorized the entire Qur’an, and developed new skills such as graphic design.

Today, Amina is a medical student at one of Pakistan’s most prestigious universities.

“Your sponsorship was more than financial support—it was security, stability, and hope at a time when we had nothing but prayers. You are the reason I can now fulfil my father’s dream of becoming a doctor.”

Poultry Project – Ali’s Story

“My name is Ali Al-Daroubia. I am 50 years old from Ihsim village in southern rural Idlib.

I live with my family of nine. We were displaced by shelling and lived in camps in northern Syria for four years.

When we returned, we found our home destroyed and were forced to move to a poultry farm three kilometers away from the village.

Because of the distance, my children were unable to attend school.

Through Human Appeal’s livestock support project, I received poultry feed and chicks.

Today, I have a stable income that allows me to meet my family’s needs and provide them with a dignified life.”

“My name is Muqaddam Mohsen, a farmer from Bani Al Hammad in Taiz.”

“I inherited my love of farming after my father’s passing. I cultivate coffee as part of my national identity and my primary source of income.”

“My community and I suffered for years from a lack of resources and support.”

“Through a Human Appeal project, I received coffee seedlings, pesticides, pruning tools, and water tanks.”

Gaza Needs Your Mercy Now

Human Appeal is in Gaza, providing a mobile clinic at UN school shelters, providing hot meals every day, and tens of thousands of liters of clean drinking water every hour.

  • $110 - Provides 11 hot meals for 11 people in Gaza
  • $125 - Provides 1 food parcels for a family in Gaza
  • $150 - Provides 20 people with 3,000 liters of clean drinking water
